Digital Resources
This is a list of all the online resources I've used to do basically anything, ranging from metadata editing, education materials, general resources, and etc. Have fun looking :3
Websites, my loves
- CFW Guides
-
A fantasic resource when
it comes to jailbreaking devices. I love this website so much, not even kidding. - GSM Arena - Love using this for checking phone specs and comparing devices.
- FMHY
- A
rabbit hole to free stuff.
This is my jumping off point when I need to do anything. Basically everything is here. - Internet Archive - Who doesn't love the Internet Archive/Wayback Machine?
- Listenbrainz - It's like LastFM, but it works with Explo. It suffices but it's metadata is kinda ass ngl? Those album/cover arts are BAD, dude.

Programs and other cool applications
- Jellyfin
- I love self hosting and I hateSpotify. Lovely open
source program - Tailscale
- Client to client VPN that lets me access my
Jellyfin server? SSH into my server OS? Amazing, thank you for existing. - Explo
- Literally the only thing keeping me streaming
was discovery, this lets me discover music. - Pearcleaner
- Switching to macOS was a headache. Everything
was paywalled or subscription based(unlike with Linux), and deleting apps and
associated files just didn't happen. I want a clean OS. This give me clean OS. Ilysm. - Picard - A fairly competent music tagger. Beware of the cover arts, tho, some of them are oversaturated to hell or some beat up CD jewel case
- WINE - A must if on anything but Windows.
- Sikarugir - A must if on Mac. P sure it's pronounced Seek-a-Roo-gear, but I don't feel like checking. This is how I run Steam and foobar2000
- foobar2000 - My audio player. I really wish the Mac version was as fleshed out as Windows, but hey, compatibility layers work too (most of the time at least)
